  • After many years, still the same consistent high quality. The whole shoyu ramen is delicious, but special shoutout for the best ramen noodles in the world.

  • The ramen is very good, but there are only nine seats and service is *incredibly* slow. Lunch today took ninety minutes -forty minutes between getting a seat and getting my food! The chashu don was quite salty and not as good as the ramen. Would recommend arriving early or later and avoiding the lunchtime rush.

  • There're only counter seats, but they're enough. I visited in the evening on a holiday. It wasn't so crowded. I guess you can have a seat without waiting so long. In terms of its taste... that was awesome!! This ramen shop absolutely deserves Michelin stars!!

  • Upon arriving in Sendai late at night we were out searching for dinner. This ramen store and some beef tongue store were open. The customers in the gyutan shop were smoking so we went for ramen. It’s was tasty shoyu ramen and salt ramen sprinkled with garlic. You need to purchase your noodles tickets at the vending machine but the proprietor came to help. Ramen was made of buckwheat, al dente and alluring to the palate. The shoyu broth was tasty without being salty. Of course the pork slices braised till it’s soft and melt in the mouth but without disintegrating. What heavenly textures! And on the walls was a 2017 Michelin mention..hmm.
